My Hair History

Ashlee was introduced to the hair industry while in high school sweeping hair in a salon. The opportunity to express herself creatively in a fashion-minded atmosphere inspired her. In 2001 she attended Vidal Sassoon Academy where her training sculpted her into the detailed stylist she is today. After working and teaching for four years in a top San Francisco salon, Ashlee took her techniques and education to New York City in 2008. She has trained with Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Vidal Sassoon, and Aveda, polishing her craft over the past eighteen years. Her haircuts combine texture with structure whether she's styling a messy creative cut or a sleek classic Vidal Sassoon bob. Her coloring technique is especially nuanced when dealing with vibrant reds, platinum blondes and creative colors. She believes that a good cut is low maintenance requiring effortless styling.

Due to the pandemic I had to close the salon I owned in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Now I am working full time up here in beautiful Beacon. I am ready to work with people and give them an experience and style that will fit each individual's personality and inspire confidence. I have created a sweet salon space in my home that is both professional and personal. Come check it out!!!
